The Account Management Assistant Manager (Mandarin & English Speaker) is responsible for developing and executing business plans, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Kewajiban
• Plan, develop and execute a business plan to protect and grow existing customer revenue.
• Develop the existing customer potential in line with the strategic plan and increase customer satisfaction.
• Develop strong, mutually beneficial relationships and establish and maintain effective relationships with the customer.
• Gets first-hand customer information and uses it for improvements.
• Propose quotation based on cost model provided.
• Ensure payment terms are adhered to penetrate the DMU.
Kualifikasi
• Maximum 38 years old
• Minimum Bachelor Degree or above
• Have an Experience in Logistic Company is a PLUS, especially customers with 3PL services Inquiry + Freight Forwarding + Custom Clearance (Export & Import)
• Able to operate Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Proficiency in English & Mandarin is a MUST
