The Implementation Supervisor is responsible for managing and supporting project implementations, assessing customer requirements, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Kewajiban
• Manage and support the implementation of projects
• Assess customer requirements
• Develops scopes and cost estimates
• Creates project plans and schedules
• Ensures the project implementations are completed on time, within budget, and meet customer expectations
• May assist with escalated customer issues during or after implementations
• Recommends solutions to implementation problems or challenges
Kualifikasi
• Related experience for 2-3 years or more
• Bachelor’s degree or above, any Majors
• Fluent in English is a MUST while fluent in Mandarin is a PLUS
• Able to work under pressure and have strong sense of responsibility, carefulness, teamwork spirit, good communication skill and the ability to complete work independently
• Good ability in Microsoft (preferably proficient in Microsoft Access)
