Kewajiban
• กำหนดและวางแผนเชิงกลยุทธ์ซึ่งรวมถึงการมีส่วนร่วมในการเลือกและจัดลำดับความสำคัญในการดำเนินการโครงการต่างๆ
• จัดทำร่างข้อกำหนดจัดจ้าง (TOR) ผู้ให้บริการ
• กำหนดและจัดทำข้อตกลงสัญญา และประเมินคุณภาพผู้ให้บริการตามสัญญาประจำปี
• วางแนวและสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย
• สนับสนุนสำหรับการเปลี่ยนแปลง
• ประเมินผลกระทบของการเปลี่ยนแปลง

• มีความรู้ความเข้าใจด้านการธรรมาภิบาลข้อมูล
• มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในการบริหารจัดการ ฐานข้อมูลปริมาณมาก (Big Data)
• มีพื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับคุณภาพข้อมูล และการวิเคราะห์คุณภาพของข้อมูล
• สามารถปฏิบัติงาน/เดินทางต่างจังหวัดได้
