Kewajiban
• ตรวจสอบการดำเนินงาน
• กำหนดแนวทางการบริหารจัดการ
• กำกับดูแลข้อมูลให้สอดคล้องตามกฎหมาย
• ให้คำแนะนำการดำเนินการเพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับการปฏิบัติตาม
• ทบทวนกระบวนการประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลให้เป็นไปตามกฎ ระเบียบ ข้อบังคับ และกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ประสานงานให้ความร่วมมือกับสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
