Senior Crewing Staff position for individuals aged up to 34 years old with a maritime education background and 2 years of experience in a similar field.
Kewajiban
• Coordinating all crewing operations (recruitment, crew administration, and payroll)
• Ensuring the implementation of crewing SOPs in the company runs smoothly
• Developing manpower planning, recruitment, rotation plans (roster, rotation, reliever)
• Performing other tasks as directed by superiors
Kualifikasi
• Maximum age of 34 years old
• Bachelor's degree in maritime field
• 2 years of experience in a similar field
• Experience as a Supervisor
• Ability to recruit tugboat crew and strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
