The HR Recruiter will be responsible for recruitment and hiring processes at Bosch Automotive Technologies (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

Kewajiban

• Personal responsibility for implementation of the complete candidate application management.
• Direct search via job boards, job portal, social media platform etc.
• Independent planning and implementing of telephone, virtual interviews, and F2F interviews, make decisions, contract, and on boarding.
• Monitoring recruitment KPI to comply recruitment procedure and fit with hiring managers required as much as possible
• Key contact person for hiring process management.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor' degree in Human Resource management or any related field.
• Experience in HR Functions.
• At least 5 years working experience in recruitment.
• Fluent in English.
