The Financial Shaping Manager partners with the Indonesia Market Head and Management Team to provide financial leadership and support on decision making processes.

Kewajiban

• Serve as the primary copilot for Indonesia Market Head
• Lead financial planning, analysis, and presentations
• Own Strategic Revenue Management initiatives
• Safeguard MAC, maximize ROI, control Overhead, and optimize Working Capital
• Responsible for Operating Plan supports

Kualifikasi

• Graduated from a reputable university
• More than 7 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, with 2 years minimum in Managerial position
• MNC experience and/or Big Four audit firms would be a plus
• 7 to 10 years of relevant experience
• Strong credibility with stakeholders, able to influence and challenge to achieve results
