The Regional Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to support the company's growth objectives within a specific region and multiple countries.
Kewajiban
• Strategy Development: Develop and execute regional marketing strategies aligned with overall company objectives.
• Campaign Management: Plan and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, traditional, events) to meet regional goals.
• Social Media management: establish and maintain local social media pages, communicate product information, events, success cases, and interact with partners' page.
• Exhibition management: select the most valuable local exhibitions, plan and implement exhibit strategies.
• Event management: Planning and implement local Marketing events together with partners.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the region.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 3 years of proven experience in marketing, with a focus on regional or territory-based strategies.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and marketing software.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
