The Field Services Senior Customer Project Manager is responsible for managing the execution of Field Services customers projects, leading project teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction, safety compliance, and financial performance.
Kewajiban
• Manage execution of Field Services customers projects following applicable company policies and processes • Lead project team and ensure customer satisfaction, safety compliance, and financial performance • Manage Customer relationship and third parties within project scope • Lead project Launch and file analysis • Define project workload plan and follow progress till completion • Ensure full safety for involved parties all along project Execution • Monitor project profitability and forecast • Ensure timely completion of project and customer satisfaction • Monitor and control Project spending versus budget
Kualifikasi
• Education in Engineering and/or Business University Degree • Master Degree is a plus • Knowledge of Medium and Low Voltage distribution solutions, Data Center (BMS and Automation) and/or UPS solutions • Fluency in English is a must • Mastering project management software tools (MS Excel, MS Project)
