Lead and support digital transformation projects in the supply chain and logistics field.
Kewajiban
• Develop analytical dashboards (Tableau)
• Process automation (RPA - Python, UiPath are preferred)
• Database maintenance and query setups (SQL)
• Advanced Excel Spreadsheet (Macro, Power Query)
• Support and be well-versed in schneider's existing digital tools across the supply chain and logistics processes, as a regional PIC/Key User
• Lead and execute regional competency program through analytics, assessments, trainings, recognitions for Employee core competency, Digital competency, Soft skills
Kualifikasi
• More than 2 years of relevant working experience, with Bachelor or Master’s degree from accredited Universities nationwide or overseas with strong academic standing
• Majoring in Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or others
• Proven leadership ability and project management experience
• Confident in public speaking and have excellent command of English
• Creative, love to learn and try new things, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly
