The Senior Talent Acquisition will work closely with hiring managers to define recruitment needs, manage communication with candidates, and oversee the full-cycle recruitment process.
Kewajiban
• Work closely with hiring managers in various departments to define recruitment needs and plan the hiring process
• Manage all communication with candidates from the moment they apply until they get onboard
• Manage full-cycle recruitment process from recruitment strategy to onboarding
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor or Masters from any major
• > 2 year(s) experience in recruiting with a proven track record in a fast-paced environment (preferably from tech company)
