Reporting to the Business Development Manager, this role involves conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and developing strategic partnerships to expand the company's customer base and increase revenue. The Business Development Staff will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement effective sales strategies.

• Identify and research potential business opportunities and target markets
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners

• Negotiate and close business deals and contracts
• Monitor and report on sales and business development activities
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments to identify new business opportunities
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's services
• Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in business development or sales role
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
