The Hygiene & Sanitation Officer will assist the Hygiene Manager in monitoring and addressing all matters related to food safety management systems.
Kewajiban
• Assist in monitoring and addressing matters related to Shangri-La Food Safety Management System (SFS), Local Food Safety Regulation, and other related systems implemented by the hotel.
Kualifikasi
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)• Bachelor’s degree majoring in Public Health Science/Food Technology/Nutritional Science/Food Microbiology• Min. 1 year experience in food quality assurance at a five-star hotel or reputable catering/food and beverage industry• Adequate knowledge in prevailing food and beverage regulations• Familiar with Microsoft Office and good report writing skills
