The Technical Sales Manager in Indonesia will provide technical and commercial support to existing customers, develop new potential customers, and maximize Sherwin-Williams' position in the market.

Kewajiban

• Provide technical and commercial support to existing customers in Indonesia
• Develop new potential customers and maximize Sherwin-Williams position in the Indonesia market
• Establish working relationship with customer’s key personnel and product development to commercialization
• Manage a range of functions of the business in Indonesia including technical support, sales and inventory forecasting, debt collection, placement of orders, and account management
• Perform monthly line audits at customers’ plant
• Gather market intelligence and customer new projects to identify new business opportunity

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering or Food Engineering
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in technical / industrial / packaging / coating markets
• Experience within metal coatings product related industries (3 years)
• Background in technical support / service (5 years)
• Strong interpersonal skills with communication skills
