The Key Account Manager/Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for achieving revenue targets, creating business strategies, and executing market strategies in the Franchise plant.
Kewajiban
• Achieve revenue target and volume sold of Concrete on Franchise plant.
• Create business strategy to increase sales via Franchise plant expansion.
• Trading volume achievement.
• Follow up payment from franchisee.
• Execute market strategy and competitor analysis in responsibility zone.
• Solve customer transaction processes problems and ensure our services offering meets customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering or related Engineer field
• Minimum 2 years in marketing and sales particularly in construction or building materials business.
• Communication and Negotiation skill
• Civil Engineering with Concrete knowledge
• Analytical skill
