Key Account Specialist-Modern Trade position at PT Sika Indonesia

Kewajiban

• Manage and support sales activities for modern building material outlets in the Jabodetabek and West Java regions.
• Understand and meet the specific requirements and needs of our valued distributors and retail partners.
• Build and nurture enduring relationships with our distributors and retail partners.
• Exceed the sales targets set by the company, driving growth and profitability.
• Provide pre-sales technical guidance, deliver product education, and offer post-sales support services.
• Contribute to marketing efforts by actively participating in trade shows, conferences, and marketing events.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Technical Engineering, with a strong preference for those in Civil or Architecture.
• A minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience in the building materials or related industry.
• Possession of a valid Driving License (SIM A).
• Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in delivering engaging presentations.
