HR Recruiter position responsible for designing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with managers to identify hiring needs.
Kewajiban
• Design and update job descriptions
• Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels
• Conducted interview with candidates (via phone, video and in person)
• Ensuring accurate assessment through behavioral interviewing techniques and psychological testing
• Advertise job openings in job portal
• Provide shortlists of qualifies candidates to hiring managers
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor Degree, from Psychology or any related field
• Minimal 2-3 years experience in talent acquisition or recruitment and especially in manufacture company
• Experience in excecuting various position and level (must have recruit for IT positions)
• Able to deal with many stakeholders and users (especially C level)
• Handle tasks related to employer branding will be additional value
