Personal Assistant to Commissioner position

Kewajiban

• Assist in scheduling meetings and personal activities of the Commissioner.
• Assist in making routine or non-routine expense payments.
• Prepare documents and necessities for work or personal travel of the Commissioner.
• Distribute documents to and from users after being signed by the Commissioner.
• Prepare meeting needs from room setup to food.

Kualifikasi

• Minimum education D3/S1 from any major.
• Experienced in handling company leaders at the Director level and above.
• Experienced in handling personal needs of more than 1 (one) superior.
• Willing to accompany superiors for personal activities such as medical check-ups, family events, social activities, etc.
• Experience in coordinating vendor for family events, social events.
