Detail posisi

The Procurement Docking Staff will be responsible for managing procurement docking activities at the Soechi Group.

Kewajiban

• Comparing the quotation from the shipyard related to the project docking offer
• Distribute data and invitations for all vendors who will participate in the project (Docking)
• Communicating with vendors related to offers, to get the best offer and best deal
• Follow up related to projects (ongoing or those that have been completed) for improvement or seek feedback from users
• Prepare reports for each project that has been implemented, according to the scope of work
• Maintain project data both soft and hardcopy

Kualifikasi

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Engineering or equivalent Engineering background
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field, but Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
• Good communication and negotiation skills, details oriented
• Familiar with vendor bidding
• Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
