Responsible for recruiting talents aligned with business goals and fulfilling manpower needs at all levels in a timely manner.

Kewajiban

• Conduct full cycle recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, testing, document check, etc.)
• Use best and available recruitment tools-techniques to screening qualified candidates
• Responsible to create multimedia recruitment content
• Monitoring manpower fulfillment
• Provide weekly report relate to recruitment activity

Kualifikasi

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Psychology / Human Resource Management
• Minimum 3 years experience in recruitment area (mandatory), preferably candidates with experience from headhunter
• Familiar with psychological test tools
• Fluency in English is required for this position
• Able to join within 1 month notice
