Technical Support Specialist position supporting sales team with technical advice and customer service.
Kewajiban
• Support sales team to provide technical advice, explain advance technology of investment casting process.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to define customer specification.
• Handle complaints for resolving service issues affecting customer experience.
• Review selling price from Accounting & Engineering to evaluate price reasonableness level.
• Evaluate customer satisfaction, review effectiveness of CAPA from Quality Assurance.
• Plan and visit customers regularly.
Kualifikasi
• At least 2-3 years of experience in Engineer or Technical Support for Foundry Industries.
• S1 Degree (preferable in Mechanical Engineering or Metallurgical Engineering).
• Good computer literacy, well-known AX System or SAP.
• Well-known of Casting Process (All methods).
• Well-known of Quality Management System.
• Fluent in English both spoken and written.
• Innovation oriented.
• Good skills in Communication, Public Speaking, Lobbying Interpersonal.
