The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for establishing and executing a social media plan, managing content and online community, and staying up to date with the latest social media best practices.
Kewajiban
• Establish social media plan and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content across social media touchpoints within agreed upon KPIs.
• Supervise and manage social media content and online community to ensure that all queries coming in through the social media platforms are responded to.
• Respond to incoming communication from customers and growers and support the commercial team with social media input.
• Responsible for product information on website and improve its functions and coordinate with regional and local IT team on need basis.
• Coordinate with project team on testing the new features or any system enhancement for digital platform.
• Grower Console Master data mapping and keep update the grower segmentation for setting up the target audience on social media.
Kualifikasi
• Minimum 3-5 years working experience in Digital Marketing.
• Knowledge of the Agrochemical industry will be additional advantage.
• Must demonstrate digital literacy and interest to work with MAR Tech.
• Ability to analyze consumer metrics, reports, and trends.
• Strong project management and multitasking skills, able to respond to queries from our audience in a timely and professional manner.
