• Data Collection and Management:Collect and maintain HR data from various sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.Develop and implement data collection processes and tools to streamline data capture and reporting. • Data Analysis and Interpretation:Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.Interpret data to provide actionable insights that inform HR strategy and decision-making. • Reporting and Visualization:Create and maintain HR dashboards and reports.Develop visualizations (e.g., charts, graphs) to communicate data findings effectively. • Predictive Analytics:Use statistical techniques and predictive modeling to forecast future HR trends and outcomes.Provide recommendations based on predictive insights to support HR planning and decision-making. • HR Metrics and Benchmarking:Define and track HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.Conduct benchmarking studies to compare HR metrics against industry standards and best practices. • Stakeholder Collaboration:Collaborate with HR business partners, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, and other HR functions to understand data needs and provide insights.Communicate data findings and recommendations to HR leadership and other stakeholders.
