Kewajiban

• Ensure smooth operations of the front desk
• Supervise front desk staff and ensure guest satisfaction
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues
• Assist in training new front desk employees
• Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk area
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
