The Account Manager for Wedding & Social Events is responsible for resolving guest calls, requests, and problems, maximizing revenue, and promoting brand awareness.

Kewajiban

• Contact appropriate individual or department to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems
• Use sales techniques to maximize revenue and maintain guest loyalty
• Determine and give complimentaries to guests
• Promote brand image internally and externally
• Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations
• Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing
