The Captain at Seasonal Tastes is responsible for serving food and beverages to guests, communicating with the kitchen, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring optimum service.

Kewajiban

• Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests
• Answer questions on menu selections
• Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, wait times, recook orders, and product availability
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas
• Inspect the cleanliness and presentation of china, glass, and silver
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of assigned tables

Kualifikasi

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• At least 2 years of related work experience
• No supervisory experience
• None
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and lift objects weighing up to 25 pounds
