The Guest Service Agent is responsible for processing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling payments, and providing excellent customer service.
Kewajiban
• Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing room keys
• Handle all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit
• Resolve any late or disputed charges during check-outs
• Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
• Coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for check-in
• Communicate parking procedures to guests and dispatch bell staff or valet staff as needed
Kualifikasi
• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• No related work experience required
• No supervisory experience needed
• No specific license or certification required
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and lift objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
