Leading Tikamoon Product Engineering teams in South East Asia (Indonesia, India, Vietnam) on various activities.

Kewajiban

• Product development projects to meet initial specifications and deadlines from Head Office (Avg. 300 products yearly)
• Ensure product compliance and safety based on the regulations and norms in force in the different Tikamoon markets (EU, UK, USA, CH)
• Ensure product compliance as per Tikamoon CSR strategy and Quality standards
• Driving the collect of data to contribute to design-to-cost, life-cycle analysis and Eco-design initiatives
• Ensure continuous product improvement
• Assess the performance of our suppliers from a quality/technical perspective by auditing them
• Set objectives with our suppliers and implement medium/long-term improvement action plans to meet these targets
• Report regularly on the KPIs set by the Head Office

Kualifikasi

• minumum 5 years experience as a Product Engineering Manager in the furniture industry is a must.
• Excellent technical skills in woodworking and packaging design.
• Good Knowledge of Solidworks.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• French speaking is an asset.
• Team Management skills.
