HVAC sales engineers promote and sell heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment (HVAC) of industrial size to commercial accounts.
Kewajiban
• Build strong customer relationships in driving penetration of HVAC solutions.
• Focus on selling Unitary units all over Indonesia including but not limited to cassette, split duct, air cooled package, water cooled condenser, rooftop, VRF, AHU DX, ALKO DX, mini chiller, etc.
• Build relationships and establish faithful customer network to achieve market penetration.
• Supervise and organize bid preparation works and ensure accuracy of bid costing.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers.
• Responsible to achieve individual order, revenue, and gross margin target.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor Degree of Engineering (i.e. Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechanical/Industrial Engineering).
• At least 5 years of experience in building Unitary business, using direct selling mode.
• Experience in hospital and hotel market will be advantage.
• Experience in working with direct end customer / end user (B2B) and used to liaising directly with consultants.
• Experience in covering commercial building segment.
