The R&D Sr. Scientist Product Development will be responsible for leading new product development processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting global innovation projects.
Kewajiban
• Technical Lead for New Product Development Process based on Project Brief from Marketing with considering consumer insight, product price, ingredients availability and current applied technology.
• Execute new product development according targeted time line through prototype development, formulation, costing, new raw material assesment, product compliance check, provide document support for registration MD and Halal, sensory evaluation, consumer test, factory trial, shelf life stability through collaboration with internal, external cross function (Manufacturing, Engineering, QA, Supply Chain) and external supplier.
• Define process parameter, standard and best practice for snack manufacturing, create and manage technical documents (Raw Material Spesification, Manufacturing Procedure, Finished Good Specification, Raw Material Requirement, Allergen, Technical report and Product Formulation etc).
• Responsible for Productivity Initiatives and execution refer to Company Goals (Value Engineering, Raw Materials Alternatives, Quality Improvement, Trouble Shooting).
• Support all project initiatives from Global Innovation.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor Degeree Food Technology / Chemistry.
• Have Experience 8-10 years as Product Development R&D in Food Industry preferably have experience in Snack Products.
• Good Technical Expertise and Leadership (have knowledge for snack, seasoning and flavor, ingredients function and snack manufacturing proceess.
• Have understading with Indonesian Food Regulation, ISO 9001 and ISO 22000.
• Have Innovative & growth mindset, Proactive and Fast learner.
