The Sales & Demand Planning Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining forecast models, ensuring proper demand revision and supply review processes, and supporting the S&OP Monthly Cycle.

Kewajiban

• Create and maintain forecast models for customers
• Ensure proper demand revision and supply review processes
• Plan new products and assets startup/phase-out
• Evaluate scenarios for the S&OP Monthly Cycle
• Support Pre-S&OP Meetings
• Coordinate with sales dept to deliver forecasting and projection sales monthly and Quarterly

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Management, or Economy
• 3-5 years of experience in Demand Planner, System Analysis, Sales Operational, and Finance
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and presentation capabilities
