The Customer Advisor position at VIVERE Serpong South 78 involves managing showroom looks, inventory, and customer database, as well as generating Marketing Qualified Leads.

Kewajiban

• Manage showroom looks, inventory and customer
• Database Management (extract, cleansing, compile, analyze, spread)
• Generates number and value of Marketing Qualified Leads
• Manage Showroom Look & Feel

Kualifikasi

• D3/S1 in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in telemarketing / customer service/similar role, preferably in a supervising role
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially MS Excel
• Ability to handle objections and difficult situations with professionalism and tact
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
