Detail posisi

The Head of Estate Department at Wilmar Indonesia Plantations will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, engaging with various departments, and driving strategic initiatives to improve estate yield and support business objectives.

Kewajiban

• Work closely, Assist & Support the Plantation Head of Wilmar Indonesia Plantations on a daily basis of the operation.
• Direct engagement with Regional Plantations Heads, General Managers & AGMs on the daily operations matters and monitor the Set KPIs (yearly Budget & KPI).
• Prepare the monthly & quarterly performance progress updates, reports & presentation for Senior Managements in Singapore, and Indonesia.
• Provide guidance and follow up on all aspects of the plantations such Budgeting, daily operation of the plantations, tender planning/preparation, replanting/new planting, appointment of contractors, managing land matters, Environmental, Safety and Health (EHS).
• Drive strategic initiatives to increase estate yield, improve palm age profile, oil extraction rate and production to support the achievements of Company’s overall business objectives and stakeholder’s requirements.
• Develop the yearly Strategic Direction and Operational Management plan for the Plantation Management Operation (Strategic Direction Plan & Succession Planning, etc.)

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Sciences, Plantation Management, Accounting/Finance/Economics, or related field. Holding an MBA will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in palm oil plantation business operations including 5 years of experience in senior management role.
• Strong technical background in plantation management and with financial acumen.
• Excellent business acumen, communication, and leadership skills.
