The Liaison Assistant Manager will be responsible for communication with various departments, tenants, and agencies, as well as managing licensing documents and legal matters.
Kewajiban
• Communicate with the interdepartment, tenants & agencies.
• Keep a contacts list with relevant people from other department, agencies, companies or organisations.
• Monitor and evaluate licensing documents.
• Organizing and monitoring licensing documents to ensure that all documents are properly documented.
• Updating and analyze regulations related to business operation and preparing action plan.
• Drafting & reviewing legal documents.
• Manage and monitor Team activity
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in Legal or a related field.
• Have good communication skills.
• Ability to establish & maintain relationships.
• Be able to communicate effectively with the public.
• Experienced with legal permit, contracts, and handling permit system (OSS RBA,SIINAS, etc)
