The ideal candidate will be a seasoned sales hunter who can lead and inspire a team of sales professionals. You will oversee Indonesia's Sales teams' operations and strategies.
Kewajiban
• Coach and mentor your team on sales best practices, and ensure they meet or exceed their sales forecasts and targets.
• Explore and expand into new sectors and segments in Indonesia's SME and large Enterprise market, and build strong relationships with new and existing customers and resellers.
• Generate and maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities and projects, and achieve consistent month-on-month growth.
• Conduct thorough research on prospects and customize your sales collateral and proposals to suit their needs and expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (voice experience, technology and R&D) to provide end-to-end solutions and close sales deals.
Kualifikasi
• A minimum university degree from a recognized institution.
• A minimum of 15 years sales experience, with at least 5 years B2B sales experience in BFSI, Telecommunications, E-commerce, Logistics, Healthcare, FMCG.
• Result oriented, successful experience driving fast growth for SaaS business.
• Leadership qualities with a strong sales management and/or consulting background.
• Fluent in communicating the technology and value proposition of our conversational AI platform to customers and partners at various levels of their organization.
