Global professional services company seeking Site Admin & Facility Coordinator to provide administrative support and drive innovation and sustainability in projects.
Kewajiban
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the Pomalaa team
• Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Program and file documentation and maintain team filing
• Monitor and purchase stationary and office supplies
• Assist with administrative activities including expense reports and purchase orders
• Arrange meetings, travel, and accommodation, and support other teams when required
Kualifikasi
• Diploma / Associate Diploma in Administration
• 2 - 5 years of administrative experience
• Previous experience with a contracting or consulting company
• Experience in relevant industry discipline
• Commitment to personal well-being, healthy and safe workplaces, and continuous improvement of health, safety, and environmental performance
