Customer Service Specialist position with focus on market needs, sales targets, customer orders, problem resolution, and customer satisfaction.

Kewajiban

• Through regular visits to understand market needs and conditions, collect sales report data, and formulate sales targets• Subdivide sales targets to periodic delivery order plan, track progress, and ensure completion• Handle customer order acceptance, review, payment, subscription, transfer, and data analysis for order planning accuracy• Coordinate and resolve customer problems, report to relevant departments for improvement, and establish good customer relationships• Promote completion of customer vehicle problems consultation and reply, improving customer satisfaction and loyalty

Kualifikasi

• Customer service experience is a plus• Proficiency in Chinese and Indonesian languages• Strong communication skills and sense of responsibility
