Area Part Development position requires a candidate with a background in Industrial Engineering/Management and a passion for two-wheeled automotive.
Kewajiban
• Ensure sales plan achievement by implementing sales strategies according to mid-term plan
• Monitor, control, and follow up on orders, allocation, delivery, and lead time, as well as evaluate target selling in and selling out
• Ensure stock ratio in the network aligns with market demand to ensure good supply ratio
• Visit official network and part shops to assess sales conditions, build good relationships with dealers, monitor network set up and systems
• Collect, follow up, and update reports from the network, process reports, analyze sales results, and store sales and network activity data.
Kualifikasi
• Industrial Engineering/Management background
• Interest and knowledge in two-wheeled automotive
• Able to drive a manual car and possess a driver's license (Sim A)
• Adaptable and able to work well in a team
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Willing to travel for business trips or relocations outside the city.
