Detail posisi

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate with Business HR and Hiring Managers to understand staffing needs, implement recruitment strategies, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for all divisions.

Kewajiban

• Utilize diverse channels to source candidates
• Identify, attract and assess candidates
• Manage offer process, including negotiation and onboarding coordination
• Ensure compliance to country employment laws and Abbott policies and practices for applicant tracking compliance and reporting metrics
• Assist and/or lead TA projects in the region as assigned

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in any scientific discipline
• Preferred proven expertise in Talent Acquisition with FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Diagnostic, or Medical Devices industries
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) such as Workday
• Excellent communication and strong stakeholder management skills
• Prior experience in a Talent Acquisition role, RPO, or in a recruitment company
