Linfox is seeking a Project manager to support a new warehouse build initiative located in Samut Prakan province.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Detailing scope, timelines and budgets and setting up project frameworks as per the Linfox project management style.
• Project progress and budget monitoring and conducting project communications such as project meetings and project reporting.
• Manage timeline of infrastructure installation and management of vendors or internal stakeholders through from project start-up, delivery, and optimization.
• Manage timeline of the operations implementation and, where required, facilitate the development and delivery of training, and change management.
• Project management of vendor and cross-functional solutions teams to deliver project safely – in full, on time and in budget.
• Ensure clear project governance through the life of the project, by implementation frameworks (Issue logs, Action plans, Design level summaries, Process mapping, SOPs, training documentation, etc).

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's degree. Special consideration for candidates with a minimum of 5 years of relevant implementation work experience and strong program management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction design field is favourable but not required.
• Background and knowledge in construction and implementation projects within the warehousing and logistics industry.
• A delivery orientation and strong hands-on leadership style and experience in the management and motivation of high performing Project Teams (2-10+ FTE) inspired to achieve Project Targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills coupled with a high degree of ethical integrity and professionalism.
