The Administrative Assistant - Front Office position at Fairmont Jakarta involves supporting the operations of the Front Office.
Kewajiban
• Keeping the scheduling and attendance records of Front Office team members updated.
• Schedule and arrange all appointments for the Director of Rooms.
• Support internal hotel projects, tracking necessary action and updating reports.
• Handle all office administration duties such as mail, phones, photocopying, office supplies.
• Respond to all enquiries promptly.
• Ensure good relationships with internal and external customers.
Kualifikasi
• Minimum of 3 years executive administration experience, preferably within a hotel environment.
• Computer literacy a must, with a strong knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Bilingual in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal, is required.
• Professional telephone manner and demeanor with a natural response to ‘smile’ on the phone.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
