The Sales Manager - Mining position requires an individual who is goal-oriented and capable of working under pressure, with a focus on achieving sales targets and building customer relationships.
• Responsible to KPI Achievement
• Identifying business opportunity
• Establish relationship with new customers and secure contracts with new customers that achieve assign sales quotas and targets (B2B)
• Prospect for potential customers/clients including, but not limited to retailer, distributor, building material provider that their business processes may include logistic/3PL Service/custom clearance/EXIM as their primary process using various direct methods such as calling and face to face meeting and indirect methods such as networking
• Consult with prospect about business challenges and requirements, as well as the range of options and cost benefits of each
• Support existing customer business penetration and commercial activities to ensure satisfaction
• Other assignments given by the management
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang, around KITIC (Sales may be mobile and report or even collaborate once/twice a week)
• Minimum Bachelor Degree or above
• Have an Experience in Logistic Company is a PLUS, especially customers with 3PL services Inquiry + Freight Forwarding & Automotive
• Able to operate Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Proficiency in English is a Plus
• Great Networks of Customers
• Good analytical, planning & reporting skills
