Director of People & Culture at 25hours Hotel The Oddbird in Jakarta

Kewajiban

• Be a true partner to the business for anything that relates to looking after the team.
• Promote a fair, safe and inclusive environment, and support with initiatives that inspire, motivate, engage and empower the team.
• Develop and formulate policies, procedures and practices to support the operational needs of the hotel.
• Provide consultation to the management on strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training and development, budget, and labor relations.
• Lead performance management, talent assessment, and effective labor relationships, including negotiating and administering labor agreements.
• Anticipate and address employee relations matters timely to promote employee satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

• Minimum of 5 years Human Resources Management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management.
• Strong understanding of labor and employment law.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and customer contact skills.
