Detail posisi

Deliver performance targets, oversee retail operations, ensure compliance, analyze data, manage budgets, provide coaching, and contribute to training programs.

Kewajiban

• Implement Retail operating procedures, policies and controls
• Ensure Retail Operation Excellence
• Develop and review marketing plans
• Supervise preparation of new store business forecasts
• Prepare and monitor revenue and expenditure
• Provide coaching & feedback to direct reports

Kualifikasi

• University degree in Business Administration or Economics
• 5 years of managerial experience in Retail Operations
• Experience in apparel/ fashion/ footwear
• Fluent in English (Written and Spoken)
• Advanced skills in Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
