The Hospital Network Manager (Sales Manager for Community Hospitals) is responsible for expanding market access to UPC in community hospitals and driving market share growth.
Kewajiban
• Directly supervises a group of Hospital Network Executives.
• Lead Team to achieve business targets and goals.
• Lead Team to meet or exceed established target of hospital listing forecasting plan and business execution goals.
• Lead and supervise a team to achieve a micro-sales-marketing or regional activity to support hospital listing; manage assigned activities budget.
• High-level engagement with HCPs, PTC, community and networking hospitals, and KOLs of MOPH/Regional Health Networks.
• Proactively anticipate and addresses obstacles that may impede results.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience with consistent success in specialty pharmaceutical or healthcare sales.
• Having direct experience as District Manager, Sales Manager, and Areas Manager is required.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, financial management, and written and oral communication skills.
• Previous exposure and/or experience in other functional areas of the business such as Sales Training, Operations, Brand Team, or Managed Markets.
