AstraZeneca is seeking a Medical Affairs Manager to lead a team of Medical Science Liaisons and Therapeutic Area Medical Partners in Thailand.
Kewajiban
• Leads team of Medical Science Liaisons and Therapeutic Area Medical Partner
• Develop and drive innovative collaboration with the in internal and external partnership
• Building Medical Science Liaisons capabilities and ensure they deliver an excellent capabilities
• Serves as a member of the assigned Therapeutic Area Core Team and leads initiatives that impact national strategies for a specific therapeutic area
• Serves as a member of the Extended Leadership Team and leads initiatives that impact a specific Therapeutic Area and cross-Therapeutic Areas
• Works with sales leaders to coordinate Medical Liaison activities and optimize use of resources
Kualifikasi
• Advanced degree in Pharmacology, Pharmacy, Medicine or equivalent
• 6 – 8 years’ experience as a Medical Liaison in the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong leadership capabilities
• Doctorate in Pharmacology, Pharmacy, Medicine or equivalent
• Established track record of basic or clinical research
