Avery Dennison is seeking a Production Supervisor for their Semarang Placement.

Kewajiban

• Together with manager to set up the team and establish MDI Process
• Educate safety points to the employees
• Implement SOP to ensure service, productivity, and quality
• Escalate issue before appears

Kualifikasi

• Min S1 Industrial Engineering or related field
• Min experience 2 years with the same position on manufacture background
• Good English speaking & people management experiences and skills
• Data analysis ability, be able to find opportunities from service metrics, production metrics, P&L data
• Strong operation knowledge about planning, service, ELS, operation & shopfloor management
