Lead Product Management APAC (Home Appliances)

Kewajiban

• Developing strong product line strategy and market development plan
• Managing portfolio strategy and range proliferation with healthy financial growth
• Reviewing competitive environment, consumer insight, and relevant standard context across the region for each responsible product line
• Driving key project development and coordinate function plan by working closely with management team
• Supporting marketing to lock up launch and quarterly business review
• Developing and communicating product plan with effective collaboration with sales and product training team
• Developing business foresight for consumer and macro trends

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s Degree in related fields (Master Degree especially in Marketing is a plus)
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product management and/or marketing or having experience in home appliances industry
• Experience in MDA is highly preferable
• Having knowledge of identifying segmentation, USP, brand & product value proposition
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
• Being proactive, analytical, hardworking, organized, and keen on details
• Thinking broadly about business
• Understanding needs of the market & customer
