Factory Manager (Rattan Industry) position requires collaboration with various departments, driving safety and quality initiatives, improving KPI performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing a manufacturing team, and overseeing the operating budget.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Production, PPIC, SHE and IR&GA Department to develop and execute Manufacturing strategies, including Manufacturing sourcing material, planning, scheduling and logistics
• Drive safety, quality delivery and cost initiatives down through the organization with clearly defined and actionable plans
• Improve, sustain and report KPI performance; leverage data to prioritize actions and drive continuous improvement
• Drive customer satisfaction through strict adherence to product specifications, open communication and timely follow-up
• Manage and continuously develop a world-class manufacturing team
• Develop and manage the Operation’s operating budget; ensure achievement of financial objectives

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Architecture or equivalent
• At least 10 years of working experience in the same field
• Prior experience in Export and Rattan Manufacturing exposure is preferred
• Willing to work in Cirebon
• Preferably Managers, specializing in Rattan Manufacturing
