Iron Bird Logistic is looking for an HR Manager to lead HR strategies and policies aligned with organizational goals.
Kewajiban
• Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies and police aligned with organizational goals.
• Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance on organizational development, employee engagement, talent management and development.
• Drive performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and talent assessments.
• Manages employee productivity matters such as identify work load analysist, update job description and evaluation and coordinate with user department head to identify organization need.
• Identify training needs and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, support employee career development and succession plan.
• Oversee employee relations (company engagement activity or any office events) and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor ' s Degree (S1) from related function.
• Have experience in HR function (Recruitment, Compensation and Benefit, Organization and People Development, including Industrial Relation).
• Has minimum 5 years of experience as HRD Manager, preferably in logistics company.
• Industrial Relations experience & background is a benefit point
• Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices.
